Re-Awaken

Well it's official, I'm working on something. Despite the fact that I have WAY too much writing that needs to get done, I just felt the urge to draw today, especially once I got stuck in my story. I'm not giving away too many details cause it's a surprise present for someone. But hopefully it turns out well even with the fact that it's probably been close to a year since I seriously drew anything. It's going to be one of three related pictures. I know, I know, I know. I keep insisting that I'm somehow still alive. And then I don't prove it. Well, it only seems fitting as a self-proclaimed writer that I do more writing on this website than art. I do honestly want that to change. Except it won't, not for a while at least.
